I love Katvip's Cradle of Darkness site and the cc for Sims 2. This Library set being among my favorites I wanted to have the opportunity have it in Sims 4 as well so I converted it.

This is also a part of my Simblr's 1000+ followers gift. If you don't yet follow me then do that -->HERE<---

The set includes 17 meshes. They are listed in the pictures along with their polygon and verticle amounts. I tried to make the counts smaller but some of them are still quite big.

The differences between this and Katvip’s original collection are that it has 15 meshes and it contains “the small table” object (number 8 in this catalogue) twice with the “book clutter” object (number 5 & 7 in the catalogue) on top of the other while for this I  extracted the books to be their own item and then divided it in half to make two separate book clutter objects. I did this because I thought it’d be nice to have the books as separate items.  So as a result of that this Sims 4 version of the set has two meshes more.

I hope you enjoy them!

This is a follow up to my previous post and like I said in it I watched the 2 series of Peaky Blinders this summer and fell in love with it and it’s early 1900′s fashion, especially the tweed suits Tommy and his gang wears so I wanted to bring it to sims 4. My previous post had this same suit and cap for men but this is the child version. (Get the male version here)

This download includes: boy's suit and a cap (both base game meshes) and 5 recolors for them both.

I binge watched the 2 first series of Peaky Blinders on my summer holiday and I seriously loved it. I can’t believe they haven’t started filming the 3rd series yet as I’m dying for it (it’s almost as bad as waiting for another series of Sherlock).

But anyway, I can’t get enough of the fashion in it, especially the suits Tommy and the gang wear and since it’s great example early 20th Century era male fashion I wanted to make it for the sims 4.

This download includes:
  •  a jacket, trousers and a cap
    • they all have 5 recolors; light and dark brown, light and dark grey and also black.
  • All the meshes used are from the base game.

It’s another floor, but since I really like this design and the colors I wanted to have it as my followers gift. I also like how you can use it both for historical and modern buildings. This fishtail wood floor comes in 15 swatches/recolors so you have lots of options to decide what shade looks best for your houses.

I’ve begun testing how the object creating and recoloring works in the Sims 4 and here’s one of my early works. This is very simple, just a big painting with a 4 recolors of vintage/old maps. It costs 200 simoleons in the game and you can find it under the paintings in the buy mode.

I shared these originally on my tumblr blog (historicalsimslife.tumblr.com) as my followers gift. I was really missing more medieval stuff in the game and these were perfectly easy for me since I only have experience with making floors/walls/clothes for the sims games before this.

There's three options for you to download here. You can have them all or just the ones you like. These are non-default so they won’t override anything. The two base game windows which these are based on (I don’t know their English names since I play my game in Finnish) will be their separate objects and this download adds two more windows to your build catalogue.

These are found in the build section under windows and all cost 145 Simoleons.

1) 4 CUSTOM WINDOW FRAME RECOLORS + 2  CUSTOM SCREEN RECOLORS

So in total this 1st download option consists of 2 objects and 8 same recolors for them both. Both of those windows have 4 recolor options for the frames and 2 options for the window glass screens. They are all compatible together so you can have any colored frames with any colored screen.

  2) 4 BASEGAME MAXIS FRAMES + 2 CUSTOM SCREENS

This download option has 2 objects and 8 recolors each. You can have each of the 4 base game recolored frames with both kinds of screens, so they’re all compatible as well.
